The Emberger Alm is one of the absolute best flying areas for hang-gliders and paragliders in all of Europe. The great thermals and the readily accessible location of the Drau River Valley draws hundreds of avid “aviators” to the Emberger Alm each and every year.
A number of Austrian and international championship events are also held in our flying area annually.
