5.5 By no later than 3 months prior to the stipulated arrival date, by means of a unilateral declaration on the part of the contractual party the guest may cancel the contract for accommodations without having to pay a cancellation fee.
5.6 Subsequent to the time period stipulated in § 5.5., the contractual party may cancel the contract by means of a unilateral declaration that will also require payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month prior to the arrival date: 40 % of the total package price
- up to 1 week prior to the arrival date: 70 % of the total package price
- in the final week prior to the arrival date: 90 % of the total package price
